Parmenides elects his own theory of the Unum, as the topic for exhibition — Aristoteles becomes respondent.

The youngest man of the party, Aristoteles, undertakes the duty of respondent.

Aristoteles did not know that he himself was, or knowing it, did not act up to his knowledge; and here is a deficiency of wisdom.
