Fred Flintstone is the father, and is married to Wilma. They have a daughter called Pebbles and a pet dinosaur called Dino. Their best friends are Barney and Betty Rubble. The programme always begins when Fred finishes work for the day and shouts out ‘Yabba Dabba Doo’.
