Iaktykul

a climatopeloid health resort located in the Bashkir ASSR, 42 km from the Magnitogorsk railroad station. Summers are mild, and winters are moderately cold; annual precipitation totals 325 mm. Silt mud from Lake Muldak is one of the therapeutic remedies offered; aerotherapy is also available. Diseases of the organs of motion and support and disorders of the nervous system are treated at the health resort. Iaktykul’ has a sanatorium and a mud-treatment building.
