a tractor-drawn machine for mowing hemp, tying the cut material into bundles with binder twine, and dumping them onto the mown field. Hemp binders manufactured in the USSR are standardized with the hemp cutters and differ from them in that they have a binding device and a pinned conveyor, which supplies stalks to tie the bundles. Hemp binders are made for use with tractors of the 1.4-ton class. The operating width is 2.1 m. Hemp binders have a capacity of 0.8 hectares per hour.
