Location:10 miles east of Rogers on AR 12.
Facilities:4 hiking trails, including a 1/4 mile, barrier-free historical trailand a 16-mile multi-use trail; public firing range; regulated seasonalhunting; undeveloped access to Beaver Lake.
Activities:Hiking, shooting, hunting, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park is located along the southern shore of 28,370-acre Beaver Lake andis Arkansas's largest state park in land area. It is presently in itsinitial development phase; future development is to include avisitor/educational center, cabins, pavilions, and picnic areas.Managed jointly by Arkansas State Parks, Arkansas Natural HeritageCommission, and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
