imagineering techniques

Fringe psychology
A synthesis of creative visualisation and self-healing methods developed by S King, who believed that prevention and healing of disease hinges on instinct, and that disease is induced by a conflict of ideas.
Imagineering techniques
▪ Emotivational therapy—Self-administered therapeutic touch or other technique.
▪ Idea therapy—Repetition of affirmations (e.g., I am immune to AIDS).
▪ Verbal therapy—Repetition of words or sounds with or without significance.
▪ Visual therapy—Visualisation of eight colours, which King associates with psychological consequences.
