Location:Off Highway 26, just outside the town of Guernsey.
Facilities:142 tent and trailer campsites, restrooms, picnic area and shelter, hiking trails, Volksmarch trail, historic trail, swimming beaches, volleyball court, horshoe pits, playground, boat dock, boat ramp, dam, visitor center, museum.
Activities:Camping, boating, swimming, water-skiing, hiking, hunting (with restrictions).
Special Features:Guernsey features one of the best collections of historic 1930s Civilian Conservation Corps structures in the west. The CCC's rock and log buildings, including the Castle, Brimmer Point, and the museum, can be seen throughout the park. Other CCC projects included trails, roads, and bridges. Located two miles south of Guernsey is Register Cliff, where thousands of pioneers traveling the Oregon Trail carved their names in the sandstone cliff.
