Bill of parcels

BILL OF PARCELS, merc. law. An account containing in detail the names of the items which compose a parcel or package of goods; it is usually transmitted with the goods to the purchaser, in order that if any mistake have been made, it may be corrected.

Bill of Parcels

A document stating the items contained in a package of goods being transported from the seller to the buyer. It also contains the price of each good. The bill of parcels helps resolve any disputes that may result from the transaction. It is also called a package list.
