A rare mucosal lymphoma of the small intestine, associated with infection with Campylobacter jejuni. In this disease the small intestine fills with plasma cells that secrete an incomplete immunoglobulin, one in which an alpha heavy chain of the immunoglobulin molecule is formed without an associated light chain.
