Facilities:244 Class A Premium sites with electricity and access to showers andsanitation facilities, camp store, swimming beach, fishing pier (é),trails (5 miles), picnic areas, interpretive center, 96-room resortlodge with conference center, restaurant, lounge, swimming pool, andhealth club.
Activities:Camping, boating, water-skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, bicycling,cross-country skiing (but not in nature preserve), interpretiveprograms.
Special Features:Park is part of a dune complex that once stretched from south ofChicago to the Wisconsin line. Today the park contains the only beachridge shoreline remaining in the state and a dramatic variety ofvegetation and wildlife.
