Special Features:Mill Creek was the Straits of Mackinac's first industrial complex,providing lumber for the settlement of Mackinac Island in the 1790s.Demonstrations of hand-saw techniques and the power of a water-drivensawmill are provided at the site. Park also has scenic trails, andbeaver dams may be seen along the western edge of the creek.
