A chemical that may partially reverse tumour-related cachexia, improve survival (e.g., in non-small cell carcinoma of the lungs), and shrink breast, colorectal, lung, ovarian, prostatic, and thyroid carcinomas, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma and melanoma.
Adverse effects
Drowsiness, euphoria, itching, nausea, vertigo and paraesthesia that respond to vitamin B6 supplements.
