Incalloy

Incalloy

(iron-nickel-chromium alloy), a heat-resistant alloy based on iron, containing 25 percent chromium and 35 percent nickel. It is distinguished by high resistance and plasticity over long periods of use at high temperatures (up to 50,000 hours at temperatures of 800°–850°C). Incalloy is used as a construction material for components of high-temperature petrochemical installations, furnaces for the conversion of natural gas, and so forth.
