Infill site Infill siteBuilding site sandwiched between existing buildings in a developed area. The use of infill sites reduces pressure on greenfield sites and often provides residents with better access to public transportation. For the purposes of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Homes credits, an infill site is defined as having at least 75 percent of its perimeter bordering land that has been previously developed. |
