A document used as a receipt from the carrier to shipper that covers the transport of goods overland. It also acts as a contract of carriage.

Inland Bill of Lading

A bill of lading (a document in which the parties agree to ship a good to a certain location) that is used for transport by truck, railroad, or basically any form of transport other than a ship or airline. A bill of lading also serves as the receipt upon arrival at the destination.
