angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy with dysproteinaemia

A condition similar to angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma with polyclonal hyergammaglobulinaemia.
Clinical findings
Polyclonal gammopathy in older patients, haemolytic anaemia, fever, night sweats, weight loss, generalised lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, rashes. Half of patients also have skin involvement.
DiffDx
Acute viral lymphadentis, atypical linear immunoglobulin A dermatosis, Crohn’s disease, leukaemia, lymphoma, multicentric giant lymph node hyperplasia, viral exanthema.
Management
Corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide (CHOP), hydroxydaunorubicin, Oncovin (vincristine), prednisone.
