Karsava

(formerly Korsovka), a city in Ludza Raion, Latvian SSR. It has a railroad station on the Pskov-Daugavpils line and is a highway junction. Industry includes metalworking. The Malnava sovkhoz-technicum is located 1.5 km from the city.
