A smooth stucco finish highlighted Classic simplicity, while exuberant ornamentation recalls the Baroque. The overall massing is asymmetrical, intending to produce a picturesque quality, coupled with a low gable or hipped roof and wide eaves supported by decorative brackets, based on Italian farmhouses.
