Facilities:46 standard campsites (25 with electrical hookups), picnic areas, snack bar, hiking trails, ski trails, braille trail, swimming pool, 2 bathhouses, playgrounds, shooting range.
Activities:Camping, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, hunting and fishing (in season), cross-country skiing, bird watching.
Special Features:Its close proximity to Charleston and the heavily populated Kanawha Valley has made this park a popular picnicking and recreational area. Park features the Spotted Salamander Trail, a paved, level trail with interpretive signs designed for blind and wheelchair-bound visitors.
