Ken River


Ken River

 

a right tributary of the river Argun in China. It is about 300 km long, and its basin has an area of 13,800 sq km. The Ken River originates in the northern part of the Greater Khingan Mountains. It has a high water level during the warm season and a low autumn-winter runoff. A substantial part of the valley is marshy. The Ken River is used for floating timber.
