Iuzhnaia Keltma

a river in Perm’ Oblast, RSFSR; a left tributary of the Kama. The Iuzhnaia Kel’tma measures 172 km in length and drains an area of 5,270 sq km. It is fed predominantly by snow. The river freezes in early November, on the average, and the ice breaks up in late April. The chief tributary is the Timsher.
