Lokalitet

a territorial administrative unit in Albania, part of a district. The lokalitet may include rural and urban territories, or only rural settlements, or cities. The larger cities do not belong to lokalitets, but are under district or central jurisdiction. Local organs of state authority, the lokalitet people’s soviets, are elected in the lokalitet.
