(Baking and Confectionery Industry), a monthly scientific, technical, and industrial journal; an organ of the Ministry of the Food Industry of the USSR and of the Central Board of the Scientific and Technical Society of the Food Industry. Khlebopekarnaia i konditerskaia promyshlennost’ has been published in Moscow since 1957. Its articles deal with scientific, technical, production, and economic problems of producing bread, confectionery, macaroni, and yeast. The journal helps spread knowledge gained by the enterprises of the industry. Circulation, approximately 10,500 (1977).
