Khomutovo

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Novodereven’kovskii Raion, Orel Oblast, RSFSR. Located 108 km east of Orel, Khomutovo is the site of a railroad station on the Orel-Elets line. Khomutovo has a preserved-vegetable plant and a grain elevator.
