Khuzhir

an urban-type settlement in Ol’khon Raion, Irkutsk Oblast, RSFSR. Khuzhir is on the northwestern shore of Ol’khon Island in Lake Baikal. The settlement has a fish-processing plant and is the site of the Ol’khonskii Sheep-raising Sovkhoz.
