A lesion first described as a neoplastic vascular proliferation, angiotropic lymphoma was later was shown to be either a B-cell or, less commonly, a T-cell lymphoma with a predilection for intravascular spaces.Clinical findings
Onset with multiple indurated and erythematous plaques or papules mimicking erythema nodosum; fever; neurologic signs; minimal involvement of lymph nodes, bone marrow and spleen.

Treatment
Current treatment is based on polychemotherapy.
