A nonspecific term for any malignant tumour characterised by myriad giant cells of virtually any lineage.
Examples
Carcinoma with giant cells (thyroid, pancreas, lung), melanoma, giant cell soft tissue osteosarcoma, giant cell fibrosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma with osteoclast-like giant cells.

Aneurysmal bone cyst, chondroblastoma, hyperparathyroidism.
