Location:1 mile northwest of Derby off Route 34.
Facilities:Picnic shelters, picnic tables (é), bathrooms (é), environmental center (é), historic home.
Activities:Pond fishing, ice skating, field sports, hiking, museum tours, educational programs.
Special Features:Park is located in the Naugatuck Valley hills just east of theHousatonic River, on land once owned by Mrs. Frances Osborne Kellogg.The recently renovated house and grounds that comprised her estate, theOsborne Homestead Museum, are located adjacent to the park, and guidedtours are available to the public. The Kellog Environmental Center atOsbornedale State Park offers a number of programs and activities forthe general public as well.
