Kimovsk

a city (since 1952) in Tula Oblast, RSFSR. Population, 44,000 (1970).

Kimovsk is a station on the Tula-Riazhsk railroad line, 77 km southeast of Tula. Coal is mined there (Moscow Coal Basin). Other industry includes the production of building materials, a sewing factory, and a dairy.
