Meckel-Gruber syndrome

 [mek´el groo´ber] a hereditary autosomal recessive syndrome in which infants are usually born with a sloping forehead, posterior meningoencephalocele, polydactyly (extra fingers or toes), and polycystic kidneys; most die soon after birth. Called also Gruber's syndrome.
