(on'kō-sī-tō'sis), a spectrum of changes in the kidneys harboring oncocytomas. It includes multifocal oncocytic transformation of renal tubules, which may undergo cystic transformation, and infiltration of neoplastic oncocytes among tubules. [oncocyte + -osis]
