Mokrous

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Fedorovskii Raion, Saratov Oblast, RSFSR. A station on the Saratov-Ershov railroad line, 129 km southeast of Saratov. A creamery and cheese dairy, a brickyard, an asphalt plant, a poultry hatchery, and a feedlot sovkhoz are located there. Mokrous is the site of a turbo-compressor station of the Middle Asia-Central Zone gas pipeline.
