(nash'ŏ-năl stū'dĕnt nŭrs'ĕz ă-sō'sē-ā'shŭn) A nonprofit organization, founded in 1952, for students enrolled in all generic nursing programs as well as generic graduate nursing programs; official publication is Imprint, which is published five times a year and is distributed to all members. The organization also sponsors an annual convention, awards scholarships, and participates in legislative activities to promote health care and the future of nursing.
