Kizner

an urban-type settlement, center of Kizner Raion, Udmurt ASSR. Situated on the Liuga River (a tributary of the Viatka River) 166 km southwest of Izhevsk. Railroad station on the Kazan-Sverdlovsk line. The center of a timber industry, Kizner also has a creamery, a flax-processing plant, and a starch hydrolysis plant.
