Facilities:Under development; an 18-acre interim park area includes a one-mile trail.

Special Features:Park is the result of the efforts of a diverse coalitionof local citizens, activists, and environmental justice advocates whoworked together in a community effort to protect the land fromindustrial development and save it as a public park. The site((formerly known as the "Cornfield Property") has significance andassociations at many levels in the history of Los Angeles.
