A progressive tubulo-interstitial kidney disorder histologically characterised by modified tubules, thickened basement membrane, interstitial fibrosis and, in advanced cases, medullary cysts.Clinical findings
Chronic renal failure, anaemia, polyuria, polydipsia, isosthenuria and growth retardation.
