(Flour-milling, Elevator, and Mixed-feed Industry), a monthly scientific and technological journal; organ of the Ministry of Farm-produce Purchases of the USSR. The journal has been published in Moscow since 1923 and has been repeatedly renamed (it has had its present title since 1972).

The journal deals with questions of the operation, design, and construction of grain receiving and processing enterprises and mixed-feed plants, as well as questions of improving the quality of cereal products and of combating granary pests. It also publishes replies to readers’ queries. Circulation, 11,000 (1973).
