Nereta

an urban-type settlement in Stuchka Raion, Latvian SSR. It is located on the Suseia River (Lielupe basin), 51 km south of Stuchka and 124 km southeast of Riga. Nereta has a creamery and automotive repair shops. It is the site of a 16th-century church.
