Military Exchange

(in Russian, voentorg), a system of trade designed to serve the commercial and day-to-day needs of military personnel, their dependents, and manual and office workers serving in the Soviet Army and Navy. Military exchanges serve the armed forces in military towns, camps, garrisons, on field exercises, and in the field forces.
