[ə‚dē·ə‚dō·kō·kə′nē·səs] (medicine) A type of motor incoordination associated with cerebellar damage in which repetitive movements controlled by antagonistic muscles cannot be performed without severe muscular incoordination.

Adiadochokinesis

An impairment of the force and rhythm of voluntarily performed rapid alternating movements of one or more extremities, which occurs in cerebellar disease, and may be detected during a neurologic exam.
