Namana
Namana
a river in the Yakut ASSR, a left tributary of the Lena River. It measures 444 km long and drains an area of 16,900 sq km. The Namana flows along the Cis-Lena Plateau, meandering in the lower course. The river is fed primarily by snow. The mean flow rate 35 km from the mouth is 30 cu m per sec. The largest left tributary of the Namana is the Keiikte. Namana’s basin contains many lakes.
