NF1 defects cause:
• Familial spinal neurofibromatosis;
• Juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia;
• Neurofibromatosis type 1;
• Neurofibromatosis-Noonan syndrome;
• Watson syndrome; and
• Some cases of colorectal carcinoma.
