Kokhila

an urban-type settlement in Rapla Raion, Estonian SSR. It is located on the Keila River (which empties into the Gulf of Finland). Kokhila is a railroad station on the TallinnPärnu line, 33 km south of Tallinn. Population, 3,000 (1970). Kokhila has a paper mill and a machine-repair plant.
