Kommunisticheskii Internatsional

(Communist International), a journal; organ of the Executive Committee of the Communist International; published from 1919 to 1943 in Russian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Chinese. It dealt with the major problems of the theory, strategy, and tactics of the worldwide communist, workers’, and national liberation movement, exposed reformists, Trotskyites, right-wing deviationists, and other opponents of Marxism-Leninism, and came out against militarism, fascism, and war and in defense of the USSR. Contributors to the journal included V. I. Lenin, G. Dimitrov, O. Kuusinen, D. Z. Munuil’skii, E. Thälmann, P. Togliatti, M. Thorez, and other prominent figures in the international communist movement.
