Miller Fisher syndrome A rare, acute variant of Guillain-Barré syndrome, which is characterised by a triad of clinical findings: post-traumatic ataxia, ophthalmoplegia and generalised areflexia; it may be accompanied by myasthenia and respiratory failure.
