[′mil·iŋ·tən ri‚vər·bə′rā·shən ‚fȯr·myə·lə] (acoustics) A formula that states that the reverberation time of a chamber in seconds is 0.05 times its volume in cubic feet, divided by the sum over the surfaces of the chamber of the product of the surface's area in square feet by the natural logarithm of 1 minus its absorption coefficient.
