Location:9 miles north of Crofton on NE 121, along the northeast border with South Dakota.
Facilities:314 campsites (150 camping pads with electrical hookups; 24 non-padsites with electrical hookups), modern restrooms, showers, 10housekeeping cabins, playgrounds, picnic areas, picnic shelter withelectricity, trails, swimming beach, fish cleaning station, 4 boatramps, marina, boat slip rentals (seasonal).
Activities:Camping, boating (all types; 5 mph limit in some areas), sailing,fishing, swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing, hunting, hiking, mountainbiking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, bird watching, ice fishing,ice skating, snowmobiling.
Special Features:Straddling the border with South Dakota, Lewis and Clark is 35 mileslong with 90 miles of shoreline. The site includes boating accesspoints at five areas on the south side: Weigand-Burbach (themost developed section), Miller Creek, South Shore, Bloomfield, and Deep Water.
