A general term for any format of client-oriented psychotherapy that accepts the person with his or her flaws and nurtures him or her in order to maximise his or her emotional and spiritual potential. Natural psychotherapists use effective listening and reflective communication; they attempt to teach the client to relax and give, identify goals in life and achieve a sense of vitality.
