Marie's ataxia

[mə′rēz ā′tak·sē·ə] (medicine) A hereditary ataxia combining features of cerebellar, posterior column, and pyramidal tract lesions, with onset after age 20, normal or exaggerated deep tendon reflexes, and frequently optic atrophy and oculomotor palsies, but no clubfeet or scoliosis.
