Born Sept. 20, 1926, in Moscow. Production innovator, organizer of socialist competition for the comprehensive use of raw and other materials. Became a member of the CPSU in 1952.

In 1941, Korabel’nikova began work at the Parizhskaia Kommuna Factory. She graduated from the Moscow Technicum of Mechanical Technology in 1956, and in 1966 she became a methods engineer engaged in training personnel at the factory. In 1950, Korabel’nikova’s work group and then the entire children’s footwear section began to work two days a month with scrap material, and raised its percentage of first-quality footwear to 95 percent instead of the 88 percent called for by the plan. Over 1950–52 the factory made 486,000 pairs of shoes from scrap materials, and it made 295,600 pairs in 1952 alone. Her method began to be widely used in light industry and other economic sectors and was also used in the other socialist countries. She was a deputy to the third convocation of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR. In 1951 she received the State Prize of the USSR.
